Free International Postage

Please allow 5 - 9 working days for your item to arrive safely. Your item is being shipped using Thailand registered airmail and online tracking is available. We Aim to post within one working day of purchase.

Late and lost deliveries

 Please be patient with the shipping process and email me once 20 working days expires if your item hasn’t arrived. I can then contact the post office and request the whereabouts of your parcel. I haven’t lost an item yet so this shows the system does work but it just takes time. This doesn’t mean I will refund immediately upon 20 working days expiring, it means I will make a complaint with the post office to track the whereabouts of the parcel. They do require some time to process my request, again I appreciate your patience during this time.

Returns Information

We do check all items carefully prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email and tell us the reason for the return. Please return within 14 days. 

The cost of return postage shall be borne by you – and we recommend all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded service. 

How to pack returns

It is very important that all items returned to the company are packaged appropriately. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and with the original packaging accompanied by the order form (please keep a copy for your reference). 

Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk. Wakedouble cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit, however caused. We will acknowledge receipt of the package to you via email.

Your rightsYou are legally entitled to cancel any ‘Home Shopping’ order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. This does not apply to orders that have been ‘Personalised’ (unless they are faulty) discounted or items purchased in sales or special promotions.

Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. Wakedouble accepts no liability to how long particular banks take to process cards.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly
